FRIULAIR干燥機(jī)PCD20參數(shù)介紹
PCD干燥機(jī)（Process Chiller-Dryer）專門用于特定的制造部門，在這些部門中，注塑成型行業(yè)或食品冷壓工藝等需要壓縮空氣溫度等于露點(diǎn)的溫度。
該系列裝有一個(gè)空氣制冷劑熱交換器（也稱為蒸發(fā)器）。進(jìn)氣（溫暖和潮濕）與制冷劑以逆流進(jìn)行熱交換，并迅速冷卻。冷空氣在離開干燥機(jī)之前被吸入除霧的分離器中，在此處收集冷凝物并將其從系統(tǒng)中排出。
壓縮空氣出口溫度接近露點(diǎn)溫度。
PCD dryers (Process Chiller-Dryer) are dedicated to specific manufacturing divisions, where it is necessary a compressed air temperature equal to Dew-Point, as injection molding industry or food cold pressing process, etc.
This series is equipped with a single air-torefrigerant heat exchanger (also called evaporator). Inlet air (warm and humid) exchanges heat with the refrigerant in counter flow and it quickly cools down. Cold air, before leaving the dryer, is drawn into a demisted separator where condense is collected and drained out from the system.
Compressed air exits temperature is near to dewpoint temperature.
