ORBITAL振動傳感器IEC-ORBIVIB-24VDC產(chǎn)品介紹
OrbiVib2設(shè)計用于頻率范圍為0.1-100赫茲的振動測量。最多可使用8個獨立的可配置頻帶來監(jiān)測和監(jiān)督感興趣頻率范圍內(nèi)的加速度。每個頻帶可單獨配置帶通濾波器參數(shù)、振動過量值和反應(yīng)時間。
OrbiVib2模塊提供2個數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)速輸入，也可以用作編碼器輸入。兩個繼電器輸出可單獨編程以激活轉(zhuǎn)速或/和振動過量。一個集成的100個樣本深度數(shù)據(jù)/跟蹤記錄器將捕獲所有相關(guān)信息，以防過量，并將其與時間戳一起保存在非易失性存儲器中。通過USB端口，可以使用第三方程序，如Matlab?或Octave?導(dǎo)出這些數(shù)據(jù)并計算FFT。Profibus-DP或USB接口均可用于OrbiVib2系統(tǒng)的配置、監(jiān)控和控制。
此外，在配置之后可以進行獨立操作。GSD[E]文件向主機提供有關(guān)模塊和數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議的所有必要信息。
OrbiVib 2 is designed for vibration measurements in the frequency range 0-100 Hz. Up to 8 independent configurable frequency bands can be used to monitor and supervise accelerations in the frequency range of interest. The band-pass filter parameters, the vibration excess values and the reaction times can be configured individually for each frequency band. The OrbiVib 2 module provides 2 digital RPM inputs, which also can be used as an encoder input.
Two relay outputs are individually programmable for activation of RPM or/and vibration excess. An integrated 100 samples deep data/trace logger will capture all relevant information in case of an excess and will save it together with a time stamp in a non-volatile memory.
Either the Profibus DP or the USB interface can be used for configuration, monitoring and controlling of the OrbiVib 2 system. In addition a stand-alone operation after configuration is possible.
A GSD[E] file provides the master with all needed information about the module and the data protocol.
