VibroBlock? vibrators are the generators of the motion used in all the vibratory equipment. They are the basic building blocks around which a wide variety of successful vibratory equipment has been designed.
The VibroBlock? vibrator is a compact, self-contained magnetic motor, generating straight-line vibratory motion when a pulse of electric current are passed through its coil. The unique design of the VibroBlock? vibrator allows full adjustment of the vertical and horizontal components of vibratory motion they generate.
Another important feature of the VibroBlock? system is the VibroBlock? controllers, which use state-of-the-art electronics to vary the duration of the pulses of energy applied to the driving unit. This permits much closer control of amplitude, and higher efficiency than is possible with variable-voltage controllers.

Types of Controller:
Most feeders (of current manufacture) use one of 2 standard controllers. Either controller is powerful enough to operate any standard feeder. They differ primarily in the manner which the feed rate is set and maintained.
These controllers are:
VBC-73S Feedback controller, requiring a PET-1 Transducer to regulate feed rate automatically.
VBC-12MB - Manually adjusted controller, without automatic feed rate.
