HUNGER密封FI系列介紹
HUNGER FI型密封主要用于活塞桿。它提供桿和殼體之間的導(dǎo)向和支承表面，并防止金屬與金屬之間的接觸。
FI由非常耐磨和低摩擦的POM-PTFE Bronze復(fù)合物組成。它可以用于礦物油基液壓油，水油乳液和耐火流體以及壓縮空氣。

Hunger bearing ring type FI is mainly used on piston rods. It provides guiding and bearing surfaces between rod and housing and prevents metal to metal contact between them.
The FI consists of an extremely abrasion-resistant and low-friction POM-PTFE Bronze compound. It can be used for hydraulic oil with a mineral oil base, for water-oil emulsions and for fire-resistant fluids as well as compressed air.
It has a U-shaped cross-section and is split with an angled butt joint. It can be spirally compressed inwards for fitting into the rod housing where it springs back out into corresponding installation grooves. The bearing groove arrangement secures it against axial movement.
The Hunger bearing rings can be used as single rings or multiple rings arranged adjacent to each other. The number of bearing rings depends on the expected side loads. The butt joints in adjacent bearings should be staggered.
Due to its excellent dry running properties the bearing ring FI can also be applied behind a rod seal opposite the pressure side.
HUNGER密封GD1000K系列介紹

The HUNGER slide ring piston seal type GD1000K is used to seal and guide pistons on double-acting hydraulic cylinders. The seal design and materials used make it particularly suitable for the most vigorous applications e.g. construction machine cylinders.
Depending on material version all kinds of hydraulic fluids can be sealed.
The seal can be used in standard form with mineral oils and water based fluids. Modified versions are available for use with other fluids.
The GD1000K consists of 6 parts, a special shaped elastic ring of a modified NBR, a slide ring of abrasion resistant PTFE-Bronze-Compound which acts as the sealing ring, two lateral support rings of modified PUR and two bearing rings of pressure-resistant POM-Compound.

The HUNGER TDI tandem seal for inside sealing is a piston rod seal.
It can be used with mineral oils and in modified form with water base fluids, fire resistant fluids and com- pressed air.
The TDI seal consists of 2 parts, an external elastic ring of PUR with a sealing lip and an internal slide ring of abrasion resistant PTFE-Bronze-Compound with a sealing edge. Prior to fitting, the sealing lip protrudes beyond the nominal diameter of the seal and when fitted is pressed against the piston rod. Effective sealing is thereby provided at zero pressure.

The HUNGER tandem seal type TDT is designed for use with telescopic cylinders. It can be used with mineral oils or compressed air.
The TDT seal is manufactured in PUR and has two sealing lips on the inside. Prior to fitting, these lips protrude beyond the nominal diameter of the seal. Following installation, seal compression forces the lips against the telescopic cylinder stages, thereby providing a sealing function at zero pressure.
HUNGER 防塵圈Al系列介紹
HUNGER 防塵圈 Al 型具有阻擋極細(xì)灰塵、金屬顆粒、沙粒等的功能，這樣其后面的軸承元件和密封件就不會因污染物進(jìn)入而過早磨損。
Al 刮水器可與礦物油和許多其他類型的液壓油一起使用。
特殊版本可在高環(huán)境溫度下使用。
必須小心確保雨刮器內(nèi)部不會積聚壓力，包括潤滑脂壓力。
The HUNGER wiper ring type Al has the function to keep out extremely fine dust, metal particles, grains of sand etc. such that the bearing elements and seals behind it are not subjected to premature wear as a result of contaminant ingress.
The Al wiper can be used with mineral oils and many other types of hydraulic fluid.
Special versions are available for use at high ambient temperatures.
Care must be taken to ensure that there is no pressure build-up, including grease lubricant pressure, on the inside of the wiper.
