要生產(chǎn)高頻變壓器,要有良好的電磁現(xiàn)象理論知識、對所用原材料的深入了解以及良好的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Sirio所使用的技術(shù)總體上是上述知識的結(jié)合。其中一些技術(shù)使 Sirio 獲得了重要成果,為 Sirio 產(chǎn)品帶來了很高的技術(shù)價值。
在高頻下工作的變壓器必須滿足多項(xiàng)技術(shù)要求,這些要求通??偨Y(jié)在數(shù)據(jù)表上。
To produce a high frequency transformer it is necessary to have a good theoretical knowledge of electromagnetic phenomena, an in-depth knowledge of the raw materials that are used and a good experience of the production techniques.
The technology used by Sirio is on the whole the combination of above mentioned knowledge. Some of those technologies allow Sirio to obtain important results that bring high technical value in Sirio products.
A transformer that is working in high frequency has to meet several technical requirements, that are normally summed up on the data sheet.
不同變壓器的要求可能會有所不同。但有一些共同的要求:
? 絕緣材料厚度非常薄,絕緣性高;
? 產(chǎn)品電氣特性的穩(wěn)定性:所有組件必須盡可能相同;
? 元件的及時可靠性。
The requirements can change from one transformer to another. But there are some common requirements:
? high insulation in very thin thickness of the insulating material;
? the constancy of the electrical features of the products: all components have to be as much identical as possible;
? the reliability of the components in time.
以上功能是Sirio通過研發(fā)部門多年來開發(fā)的特定技術(shù)獲得的。
Above features are obtained by Sirio through a specific technology developed during the years by R&D Department.
厚度極薄,絕緣性高
High Insulation in very thin thickness
高頻工作的變壓器有兩個相反的要求:
? 繞組之間良好的耦合,以盡可能減少漏感:這意味著繞組彼此靠近;
? 同一繞組之間良好的絕緣,以實(shí)現(xiàn)電路的低壓部分和高壓部分之間的高絕緣:這意味著有必要在繞組之間引入絕緣原材料。但這意味著繞組之間的距離增加,對漏感產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。繞組之間的絕緣材料必須特別好,因?yàn)樗鼈儽仨毘惺艽蠓鹊碾妱葑兓?,頻率為每秒數(shù)千次,并且具有多年的壽命。室溫也會影響絕緣材料的性能,有必要予以考慮。
A transformer that works in high frequency has two opposite requirements:
? a good coupling between the windings to reduce the leakage inductance as much as possible: this means that the windings are close each other;
? a good insulation between the same windings to enable a high insulation between the low voltage parts and high voltage parts of the circuit: this means that it is necessary to introduce insulating raw materials between the windings. But this means an increase of the distance between the windings with a negative effect on the leakage inductance. The insulating materials put between the windings have to be particularly good because they have to support changes of electric potential of big amplitude, with frequency of thousands of times per second, and with a life of many years. Also the room temperature affects the behaviour of the insulating materials, and it is necessary to take it into account.
Sirio 可以在上述兩個相反的要求之間取得良好的折衷,將隔熱層的厚度降低到更低水平:通過適當(dāng)選擇原材料和真空鑄造技術(shù)可以達(dá)到這些結(jié)果。
Sirio can obtain a good compromise between the two above mentioned opposite requirements reducing the thickness of the insulation at the minimum level: it is possible to reach these results with a suitable choice of raw materials and with the under-vacuum-casting technology.

Constancy of features
在高頻下,每個變壓器在機(jī)械上必須與相同型號的其他變壓器相同。
事實(shí)上,在放置繞組匝數(shù)時進(jìn)行一些小的修改也會導(dǎo)致繞組之間的耦合不同。 但不同的耦合意味著變壓器的不同電磁行為,并因此導(dǎo)致插入變壓器的電子電路應(yīng)用發(fā)生故障。
In high frequency each transformer has to be mechanically identical to the others of the same model.
In fact, also some little modifications in placing the winding turns bring to different coupling between the windings. But a different coupling means different electromagnetic behaviour of the transformers and a consequently malfunctioning of the electronic circuit applications where the transformers are inserted.
盡管工人的工作很好,但他無法在一個工作日內(nèi)使用手動繞線機(jī)保持相同的機(jī)械精度,其中線匝的的完美位置完全取決于他的能力。

Although a worker is very good in his job, he cannot maintain the same mechanical accuracy a working day long with using manual winding machines, where the perfect placement of the turns depends exclusively on his capability.
Sirio solved this problem with important and new machinery for the winding and soldering automatic lines. Those lines guarantee a mechanical accuracy lower than one tenth of a millimeter.
由于自動機(jī)器是由計(jì)算機(jī)控制的,因此降低了錯誤的可能性(例如錯誤計(jì)算匝數(shù)或絕緣材料層數(shù))。
此外,機(jī)器保證了電線與輸出引腳的連接,并且還自動控制良好的焊接水平。
最后,高度自動化除了對生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生積極影響外,還減少了生產(chǎn)時間,因此還可以降低生產(chǎn)成本。
Since the automatic machines are controlled by computers, the mistakes possibilities (like wrong counting of turns or insulating materials layers) are eliminated.
Furthermore, the machines guarantee a perfect connection of the wires to the output pins and a good level of the soldering is also controlled automatically.
Finally, the high automation, besides the positive influence on the production quality, reduces the production times, therefore it allows to reduce also the production costs.
及時可靠
Reliability in time
Sirio的變壓器插入工業(yè)設(shè)備中,要正常工作多年。 因此,它們的使用壽命要比設(shè)備更長。
Sirio 變壓器的及時可靠是通過不同因素的結(jié)合獲得的:
? 使用優(yōu)質(zhì)原材料;
? 通過測試檢查生產(chǎn)過程,逐步跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度;

Sirio transformers are inserted into industrial equipment that have to work correctly for many years. Therefore it is necessary that they have a longer life than that of the equipment.
The reliability in time of Sirio transformers is obtained through the combination of different elements:
? use of high quality raw materials;
? checking of production processes with tests that follow the production progress step by step;
? final inspection on 100% production.
Sirio 擁有大量儀器和自動控制機(jī)械。但還有另外兩個重要因素會對時間可靠性產(chǎn)生積極影響:
? 投影、生產(chǎn)、檢驗(yàn)程序均經(jīng)過認(rèn)證:Sirio公司多年來已通過ISO 9001認(rèn)證;

Sirio has a large fleet of instruments and automatic machinery for control.
But there are two other important elements that influence positively the reliability in time:
? the certified procedures of projecting, production and inspection: Sirio company is certified ISO 9001 since many years;
? the absence of partial discharges inside the insulation in the working voltage range of the transformer.
隨著時間的推移,局部放電會損壞絕緣層,從而導(dǎo)致變壓器內(nèi)部短路。 如何解決這個問題并找出局部放電(如果存在)?
Sirio 真空鑄造技術(shù)可以消除氣泡的存在,從而消除絕緣層內(nèi)的局部放電。
此外,該公司還有一些可以感應(yīng)局部放電的儀器,甚至可以檢測皮庫侖放電,電壓測試可達(dá)30 kV。
The partial discharges damage the insulation over time and consequently cause short circuits inside the transformers. How to solve this problem and find out the partial discharges, if present?
The Sirio technology of vacuum casting allows to eliminate the presence of air vacuoles, and so also the partial discharges inside the insulation layers.
Furthermore the company has some instruments that can sense partial discharges, even few pico Coulomb, with voltage tests till 30 kV.
