Since no two stripping processes are alike, the choice of the right stripper is a very decisive factor. Correct handling and proper use are also important.

1. 光滑表面涂油 / Oil the sliding surfaces
進(jìn)行一般拆卸時(shí)，建議在部件被拆卸時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)的光滑表面上涂油。這樣可以確保待拆卸部件底部的摩擦阻力更小。
For an easy pull-off process, it is recommended to oil the sliding surfaces over which the component is pulled off. This ensures that the frictional resistance at the set of the component to be extracted is minimized.
2.潤(rùn)滑主軸 / Grease the spindle
潤(rùn)滑主軸有助于確保主軸穿過(guò)拉鉤支架時(shí)運(yùn)行更順暢。使用專用油潤(rùn)滑主軸，還有防腐蝕的功效。
Greasing the spindle will help the crosshead spindle guide run smoother. The use of spindle grease also prevents possible corrosion.
3.正確定位拉拔器 / Apply puller correctly
拉鉤的支撐面須完全筆直地定位在要拉拔的零件下方。針對(duì)中心軸，拉拔器須始終位于中心位置。
The contact surfaces of the puller hooks must sit completely and straight under the part to be pulled off. In the case of central shafts, the puller must always be positioned centrally.
4.使用可互換壓片 / Use exchangeable pressure pieces
配備可互換尖端的壓力主軸完美適配的可互換壓片。這樣搭配可以使主軸適應(yīng)的各種用途。

內(nèi)部提取的建議 / The tips for internal extraction
由于滾珠軸承和軸套安裝在一個(gè)凹槽中，無(wú)法隨意地從外部進(jìn)行拆裝，對(duì)它們進(jìn)行內(nèi)提取時(shí)就要用到內(nèi)拉馬。為了能夠使用內(nèi)拉馬抓住軸承，就需要使用一個(gè)支架或者一個(gè)滑錘。
對(duì)于非破壞性地拉拔出殼體中安裝在軸上的滾珠軸承，需要使用滾珠軸承專用拉馬。
Internal extractors are used for the internal extraction of ball bearings and bushings which are not freely accessible from the outside because they are located in a recess. In order to be able to grip a bearing with an internal extractor, a counter support or a slide hammer is always required.
Special pullers for ball bearings are required for the non-destructive extraction of ball bearings which are located in a housing and on a shaft.

1. 正確定位內(nèi)拉馬 / apply the internal extractor correctly

During internal extraction, the extractor must always reach under the part to be extracted. When using a counter support, make sure that the arms are not standing on the part to be extracted.
2. 安裝延長(zhǎng)桿 / use extensions
借助延長(zhǎng)桿可以加大內(nèi)拉馬的夾緊深度，從而也能夠無(wú)損傷地拆卸位于軸套內(nèi)更深處的部件。

3. 使用螺紋適配器 / use thread adapters

對(duì)水平的軸承、軸承外圈以及軸套進(jìn)行內(nèi)提取時(shí)，建議使用分段內(nèi)拉馬。即使待拉拔的組件下方只有很小的空間，超窄的抓握邊緣也可以輕松完成拆卸。
For internal extraction of flat bearings, bearing outer rings and bushings, we recommend using segment internal extractors. The extra narrow gripping edges allow dismounting even if there is little space under the component to be extracted.
